All of our products are a print-on-demand, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This business strategy allows us to focus on being creative with the worry of holding stock. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, We offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 28 days of product delivery. Simply get in touch with us, take a photograph of the error and we will sort it out. We use a 3 step quality assurance process on every product.
For print-on-demand products, there is a tolerance of 0.5 inches for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
We often use background textures and watermarks on our designs, these are not defects.
In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. We need to investigate what has actually happened.
If the product is not described, we will provide a 100% refund. Simply take a photo and tell us where we went wrong.
